How much does your consultation cost?

The consultation costs UAH 2700 excluding VAT and will be taken into account – it will be included in the cost of the first customs clearance when rendering customs brokerage services by our company.

What is the required list of documents for import?

The complete list of documents depends on the product code according to UKTZED and the design features, but the standard is: contract, invoice, packing list, transport document.

When do I need to provide documents for review?

As soon as possible! Goal: fast and high-quality clearance of your cargo without overpayments to customs, so we must analyze all relevant documents in advance and give our reviews.

What permits are required for customs clearance?

It all depends primarily on the product code according to UKTZED (Ukrainian Classifier of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity), the classifier contains 21 sections, which are divided into product groups. UKTZED codes consist of 10 digits. The full product code (10 digits) is indicated in the customs declaration. By correctly choosing the product code and building the correct documentary protection, you will bypass overpayments and will not deal with the subsequent return of customs payments. Selection of the product code is a rather scrupulous and painstaking work, it requires the attention and experience of a customs broker.

Therefore, send us a technical description of the goods by mail at office@vrgroup.ua, our customs broker will contact you, ask additional questions, and you will be able to receive a remote consultation from a customs broker and a product certificate with a description of non-tariff regulation. In other words, what permits you will need to obtain for the import or export of your group of goods, and what tax burden will fall during FEA.

The cost of consulting a customs broker will be 2,700 UAH and will be an advance payment for subsequent cargo clearance.
