You send us a list of documents for company’s accreditation by mail at office@vrgroup.ua, and our customs broker fills out an accreditation card:

  • Certificate of state registration or an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Formations;
  • A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (pages №1,2,3,4) and a copy of the director’s identification code;
  • A copy of the passport of a citizen of Ukraine (pages №1,2,3,4) and a copy of the identification code of the authorized person working with customs (if there is such a person);
  • Extract from the register of tax payers (single tax or VAT);
  • Information on the availability of open operating accounts in the currency of Ukraine and in foreign currency, which will be used during the foreign economic activity of the enterprise (MFO and EDRPOU of the bank).

HOW DO WE DO CUSTOMS ACCREDITATION?

To enter a legal entity or individual entrepreneur in the register of participants in foreign economic activity, an application and appended documents are submitted to the customs, namely:

  • Agreement on provision of customs brokerage services;
  • Extract from the register of customs brokers, certifying permission to carry out customs brokerage activities;
  • A copy of the passport of the customs clearance agent representing the client’s interests.
  • The customs broker receives an extract from the register of persons carrying out operations with goods and certifies the fact of accreditation of the FEA participant.

Why is accreditation needed?

Accreditation is the registration of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur at customs for the purpose of conducting any foreign economic activity.

According to Art. 455 of the Customs Code of Ukraine, all persons who conduct transactions with goods are required to register with the assignment of a unique identification number. And also if the persons who carry out operations with goods are not registered, then this is the reason for the refusal to accept the customs declaration.

Can a private entrepreneur be involved in import or export?

A private entrepreneur has the same rights to conduct foreign economic activity as any enterprise.

How long will the accreditation procedure take?

Why is re-accreditation necessary?

How long is accreditation valid?

An enterprise is accredited at customs once, for the entire period of existence of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur.

How often it is needed to be accredited at customs?

The accreditation of a company at customs is one-time, but if there are changes in the data of the enterprise (legal address, information about the director and the person in charge of working with customs, if any, etc.), it is necessary to make changes in the registration card of your company at the customs authorities of Ukraine.

Can I get a refusal for accreditation?

Yes. According to the Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine №552 dated 15/06/2015 “On the consolidated order of operations with goods”.

How much does it cost to get accredited?

The cost of passing the accreditation procedure for an enterprise at customs is 2600 UAH.

This cost also includes a customs broker’s consultation on your first import or export.

Re-accreditation costs 1,500 UAH and does not includeconsultation.
