The cost of registration at the customs and logistics terminal in the Kyiv zone ranges from 1000 UAH up to 2600 UAH and above, every second day of the vehicle’s stay costs from 200 to 650 UAH.

Do you have a customs terminal at the border?

Import clearance without going to the customs terminal in EA or AA mode, what is the difference?
Clearance in the EA mode is the submission of a preliminary customs declaration with full filling of the data for the possibility of a complete release of goods after moving the goods across the border. That is, in the EA mode, clearance can take place inside the customs office, but without the vehicle entering the customs control zone. Please note that excisable goods cannot be processed in this mode.
The clearance in AA mode foresees the clearance of cargo at the border right at the checkpoint, which is successfully done by our company.
Import clearance without going to the customs terminal?
Import clearance without arriving at the terminal foresees clearance in EA mode, which in turn is the submission of a preliminary declaration with full filling of the data for the possibility of a complete release of goods after the goods have been moved across the border. The Customs Code foresees restrictions regarding the clearance of excisable goods in this regime; they are issued only upon arrival at the terminal.
What is CCZ?
CCZ (the customs control zone) is regulated by Chapter 48 of the Customs Code of Ukraine – this is a specially equipped area in which goods are kept under customs control to carry out customs formalities with them.
Why should the cargo go to the customs control zone, and not leave immediately for unloading?
According to the legislation of Ukraine, all export and import goods are subject to customs clearance, specifically the customs control zone and is intended for such business operations.
Why is there a fee for entering the CCZ?
The customs control zone, as a rule, is located on the territory of the cargo terminal, which is privately or jointly owned. The legal entity has a number of signed business and administrative agreements with the customs administration.
To obtain the CCZ status, the cargo terminal must fulfill certain conditions before the customs authority in order to ensure the stable and safe operation of the entire business process, starting with the organization of the work of loaders and ending with customs inspectors, respectively – on the balance of the cargo terminal there must be special equipment and premises for implementation these procedures.
Who is responsible for the safety of cargo at CCZ?
The owner of the cargo terminal is directly responsible for the safety of cargo in the CCZ, his tasks include ensuring uninterrupted video surveillance, checkpoints and organizing the security of the CCZ.
Which customs terminal is better to use in Kyiv?
Considering the large traffic jams in Kyiv, from the point of view of logistics, it is best to use the services of the customs terminal, which is closest to the location of your warehouse or the place of unloading of your already cleared cargo, or which has a good transport interchange.
